This is the portal to all grant applications for The Joseph & Vera Long Foundation.  (See Apply | JVLF for more info.)

In order to gain access, you will first need to create a SurveyMonkey Apply account.  Select the 'Register' button in the top right corner of this webpage (or the 'Sign Up' button at the bottom of a mobile device screen) and complete the registration process.  Please save your login credentials for future interactions.

If your organization already exists in our portal DO NOT REGISTER HERE - please ask your org administrator to add you to the org (and any related applications) you wish to access.

If you are applying for a second year, please re-use your previous login credentials to take advantage of saved information and to avoid duplicate versions of the same organization in our system!
