This is the portal to all grant applications for The Joseph & Vera Long Foundation. 

In order to gain access, you will first need to create a SurveyMonkey Apply account.  Select the 'Register' button in the top right corner of this webpage (or the 'Sign Up' button at the bottom of a mobile device screen) and complete the registration process.  Please save your login credentials for future interactions.

If your organization needs multiple user IDs, the primary user may invite other members once the organization is registered.  (Additional members must also be assigned to specific applications after they have been added to the organization.)

If you are applying for a second year, please re-use your previous login credentials in order to take advantage of saved information and to avoid duplicate versions of the same organization in our system!
